Prior to the strike Jason’s wife worked as freelancer, the Guild argued she should be a part timer under the CBA and that happened. Jason received more bonuses and raises scabbing during the strike than anyone else. Here’s what they think of the closing of the PG:

@saxboybilly18 Even the on-field hats are now made at a non-union facility in Florida. I’m sure they’d also produce those wherever the fuck they wanted but their contract with MLB says that the on-field hats have to be made in America.

@saxboybilly18 The fitted hats sold at the team store used to be made in the same unionized factory outside of Buffalo as the on-field hats. You were buying the same thing the players wore. New Era closed that factory in 2019 and moved retail production overseas. archive.ph/20240703173812…
