RFS alum @ZackZappone is out here doing the absolute most (complimentary) to keep Spokane renters from getting wrecked by shady rent algorithms. He’s pushing a ban to make sure tech doesn’t become a backdoor rent hike machine. Leaders who actually protect people? We like that!
