Exactly 10 years ago today - September 11, 2015 – my partners and I founded LB Pharmaceuticals. And yet here we are waiting for the first $LBRX trade to cross the tape. While I am no longer day-to-day at the company, I am on the Board of Directors and I am extremely excited for what this management team is going to accomplish in the coming years. To all of my fellow former colleagues, you will always be in my heart, and I wish you nothing but success upon success! Given the positive $DNLI news out of FDA regarding the use of AA & biomarkers, one would think $SPRB would be a lot higher than it is now. I am a buyer at these levels. (60s & 70s)

While $TGTX is held in approximately 100 ETFs, the top three ($XBI $IWM $IJR and mimics) make up most of the holdings (15-17% of TG ownership). When you try to extrapolate the synthetic shorts on those indexes, at most I get to 10 to 15% of the short interest. That means over 80% of the SI is non-index based or at least none that we know of (there could be OTC short indexing, etc) I’ve tried to hit up the usual suspects in terms of who could be large shorts in the name. Each time I come up empty. This one’s truly a mystery.

$TGTX so in the most recent 1/2 month the SI rose over 600K shares to 28M. Today the stock is again listed as HTB. Those are the facts, but make no sense to me from a fundamental perspective. I just keep adding.

wow google might've popped the ai bubble, memory stocks down massively today: their new algorithm shrinks an AI model's memory by 6X WITHOUT reducing it's intelligence making it 8x faster with the SAME # of GPUs: if this works - we don't need as many GPUs to train AI - kv-cache is basically a model's short term memory. it gets massive pretty quickly = larger, slower, expensive ai - google's algo compresses it to just 3-bits with ZERO loss in accuracy (usually models are like 32-bit) the combined market cap of micron and sandisk is $527 billion and im not even factoring in SK hynix and samsung ai has driven up memory prices by 500%+ over the last few months - if google's algo scales then this might crash.

$LQDA Wells Fargo put out a good note covering a few topics and a price target raise from $44 to $51 Some of my thoughts Firstly, they speculated that $UTHR $MNKD future once-a-day inhaler could be an inhaled version of ralinepag. If true, I think it’s a similar playbook to what $GOSS tried to do with Seralutinib, the inhaled route having lower GI side effects than the systemic oral version. In the PH3 trial serious AEs dropped from 44% (oral imatinib) vs 16%, but that was traded for 37% cough. Different molecules but I guess the logic tracks. Very high execution risk for a 2028 launch. On $UTHR SMI, Wells Fargo called out real clinical data comparing Respimat (SMI) vs HandiHaler (DPI) cough rates were similar (~4.7-8.4% vs ~5.8%) in COPD. So the real world evidence for the cough advantage is thin. The 90% cough reduction quoted was in healthy volunteers and as RJ has called out this doesn’t necessarily translate to real world patients. WF see the SMI mainly cannibalising Tyvaso Nebuliser, it’s ultimately just a more convenient form factor. A regulatory approval strategy for bio equivalence means it’s probably designed to deliver the same low dose /exposure (only 9-12 breaths Tyvaso breaths) Yutrepia already has a manageable cough profile and can dose 2-3x higher which we know delays disease progression! I really don’t think doctors are going to bother with this. They also believe the market is under appreciating L606. Their argument is what we already know is true with Yutrepia, more treprostinil exposure equals better efficacy and L606’s PK data suggest it can deliver comparable or potentially superior exposure to TPIP. The trade off being 2 times a day but with a better AE profile. They raised their price target to $51 on the back of the L606 taking more market share.

$MU One more thing of note: Helium plays a crucial role in Micron's semi manufacturing across multiple stages of chip fabrication. For example, in lithography, it creates stable vacuum environments for precise photomask alignment. It is also used to cool semiconductor materials, Helium is a noble gas — it does not chemically react with any other substance — and it liquefies at an extraordinarily cold -268.9°C, making it practically IRREPLACABLE within the fab cooling process. While MU has access to the Federal Helium Reserve in Texas and contracts with US-based industrial gas suppliers like Linde and $APD, Helium pricing is affected in a major way by the supply constraints coming out of Qatar. Prices have already jumped > 20% and could triple imo, compressing margins.

This is absolutely INSANE. Super Micro cofounder was just arrested for smuggling $2.5 BILLION in Nvidia GPUs to China with help of a hair dryer. $SMCI stock is down -14% after hours. Here’s what happened: Yih-Shyan “Wally” Liaw smuggled $2.5 billion worth of Nvidia servers to China. He used a shell company in Southeast Asia and built fake servers to fool auditors. He used a hair dryer to swap serial number stickers on the boxes and shipped $510 million worth in just three weeks last spring. He was racing to beat new export rules and even sent his team a White House policy link saying “go faster.” He’s 71 years old and holds $464 million in SMCI stock, so it’s crazy that someone with this much net worth would do this. His sales manager in Taiwan is still on the run, while Liaw is out on bail facing 30 years in prison. The hair dryer is going to be in the history books.

@Frankviz @SamAntar Without drastically changing the structure of “Housing” court (a complete misnomer!) this is just setting up tens of thousands of small business land owners to get stuck with non-paying tenants for years and years while the property goes into disrepair and mortgages go unpaid.

One of the hardest fought wins in the big City of Yes zoning change was the legalization of “Ancillary Dwelling Units” (ADUs)—a tiny house in the back yard, home over a garage, basement apartment etc. This zoning change could unlock as much as 25k desperately needed new homes in NYC’s low-density neighborhoods…but only if homeowners take advantage it.
