Nearly all of the BTC acquired for the ETFs was done through OTC yet Bitcoin still pumped 220% since they went live. Impressive considering there was also $24 Billion of outflows on CEXs.
Anyone saying the same won’t happen for XRP is ignoring the precedent set by BTC.
