Memecoins been getting boring so I've decided I'd make my biggest NFT bet of the cycle thus far: Kaito Genesis NFTs 🟩 I believe these NFTs to be a 2/3x with SIZE, and here's why: Kaito NFTs -> 3.2e w/ 1500 supply • A market cap of roughly $15m • They've currently raised 20m in funding (!) • Insanely impressive social growth/metrics, on-track to be a top airdrop of the year if they continue with this momentum • Most comparable project is ARKM, which sits at a 1.5B FDV (350m MC) • This is very obviously better by multiples from a tech standpoint, but I'll give this a conservative valuation of a 500m MC So, let's say you think 500m MC is a fair valuation for Kaito upon airdrop. (likely much higher) There has been no announcement regarding what the utility is for these, but there's essentially only two possibilities • Lifetime membership to Kaito w/ ownership • Airdrop of token upon launch w/ ownership Rather than taking a, which one? approach - I'm gonna take a gamble here and say that holders receive both. From what I've seen from Kaito as a company, they seem quite competent and I don't think letting the NFTs have the sole utility of membership access is an approach they'd take. The 150e in proceeds from the NFT mint being given back straight to Kaito Yappers was a VERY green flag for me - I think this wouldn't have been done if they had any malicious intent. They truly want to maximize the happiness of their users. (and the best way to continue doing so is an airdrop to early adopters) I genuinely believe that holders WILL receive an airdrop and that's a gamble I'm willing to take. My personal valuation for this project is a 1b MC bottom line. 5-10% of supply being airdropped to NFT holders is a fair guess - putting a potential airdrop to anywhere from 50-100m in value, if not more. Perhaps I'm sipping on too much hopium, but quite confident in this bet. Lmk what you think 🫡
