As we proceed… Put in my longest run to date, collecting miles across 5 towns. Def. gotta get me a vest! Hit a wall going into 12th mile. I had an energy bar. But u need electrolytes. Depends on your body type, but you shouldn’t run more than 10+ miles w/o water. #runner

1) Da Drought 3 Ion care who you are who you know that’s a rapper or how much you know music. This the best mixtape of all-time. It’s just inarguable fact. This tape is better than your favorite rapper best album lol. What Wayne did with this and during this run was legendary 🐐

2) There Is No Competition When Fab teamed up with DJ Drama it was pure magic. This was Fab at his lyrical peak and when he still had the whole Street Fam together. Many of these songs I know the verses word for word. Wordplay on 🔒
