SBMM has ruined social gaming completely. If you want to play with friends that are on a lower skill level to you, you’ll be the one expected to carry & the game will be miserably imbalanced, it’s a boring slog for the better player. Your friends will also be struggling against the uprated opponents. A random experience with ping being the main focus will always be better in non-ranked lobbies

For instance if you have a msi motherboard, you need to enable uefi to install windows 11, but that doesn’t mean secure boot is enabled. Check out the documentation for your motherboard, probably you need to enable it in bios - though

Anyone else having Secure Boot issues? Recently friends and I noticed that Secure Boot is not enabled as we were trying to play BF2042. All on Windows 11 and had it enabled when we installed the operating system. @Windows @Battlefield

@SgtDangerCow assault was always medic so you've essentially replaced 'support class' with newly invented medic class

How I would like classes to work in BF6
Assault has ammo.
Medic has Medic crate/pouches
Engineer has rockets and C5
Sniper has Beacon and laser tagging (which includes spotting)
I do NOT want another “support” class which is essentially medic and ammo.
Agree/Disagree?

@SgtDangerCow Mostly based on the first battlefield games, I still find it odd when assault class carries medic kit or ammo. But on the other hand I think if classes only restrict accessories and maybe some traits, it’s sort of half baked.

@SgtDangerCow It takes some time to repackage part of a game as a beta, so you should probably expect it to be a bit behind, and probably not showing everything.
But I wouldn’t expect it to be completely off either. If it’s too far behind the feedback wouldn’t be relevant…

I wonder how much stock we should put in the state of BF6 by the Battlefield Labs stuff.
If labs is about testing stuff and feedback then it makes sense to use an early build.
It follows that what’s played in labs is probably way behind the curve in terms of development no?

But even if the technique uses by the search engine might result in slightly different scenarios, it might not affect your particular case.

@SgtDangerCow @scannerbarkly Technically, space and other characters play significant role in search engines though, as it typically is the first layer of splitting phrases into tokens.
Most engines also split on alphas vs numeric though. Also given how complex Google is, I’d imagine difference being subtle
