Case #261200012201: Kahramaa and Public Works Authority (Ashghal) keep shifting responsibility between each other. This is unacceptable. Why is no one closing the case? Is avoiding accountability now the norm? @AshghalQatar @kahramaa

@kahramaa I complained to Baladiya (281011-2026)and they confirmed that this complaint is related to KM @albaladiya @kahramaa

The most terrible customer service is qatar airways. I have been calling for 1 week every call is 30 mins and nobody is responding. On X the just respond send us your phone number to DM and also no one is calling. I will lose my ticket today @qrsupport @qatarairways #qatar
