Case #261200012201: Kahramaa and Public Works Authority (Ashghal) keep shifting responsibility between each other. This is unacceptable. Why is no one closing the case? Is avoiding accountability now the norm?

Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you that the works subject to your complaint are not under Kahramaa’s responsibility. A site inspection was conducted, and it was found that the waste materials present originated from household maintenance activities.
Accordingly, you have once again been directed to contact the building maintenance manager to take the necessary action regarding the disposal of these materials.

The most terrible customer service is qatar airways. I have been calling for 1 week every call is 30 mins and nobody is responding.
On X the just respond send us your phone number to DM and also no one is calling.
