Recently, I felt like I was making a massive mistake with my business: Ignoring AI. I know it's powerful. I've just been too busy to learn about it. But there are two crucial aspects of your business: 1. What you’re doing now 2. What you’re preparing for the future Over-optimize for number one and you get crushed by change. So this month I set aside 20 hours to play with AI. I looked at my business processes and asked: • How can I get more from what I already do? • How can I make this easier/faster? Some things I built: • A short form content extractor • A long form content extractor • A first draft email writer (for stuff we reply too often) • A subject line and social media promotion post generator for my newsletter • An email writing coach to critique my content and provide suggestions • An launch strategist giving me email ideas based on my biz/One True Fan (including structure of email) Importantly, the writing is 90-95% of the way there. In my voice, not cringe etc. Now learning about AI agents and no-code software to create products I want for my business. My VA is doing the same. Of course, my customers will get what I find useful. Really excited. Having a lot of fun with it. Don't be too busy to learn.
