The only challenge is defense. If we have a separate nation within the USA, it’s going to get bloody and I don’t even think that’s a smart idea. Playing cards similar to the Jews is a valid option. Political base from a vassal that continuously drives investment through our borders until expansion occurs and you can cleanly separate. Idealistic sure, but it could possibly unify the African continent as well.
