@christreece_ @bbctms Clearly you know nothing about cricket.
English

@TonyHayes63 @bbctms The problem is thick people with no idea what they are chuntering about.
English

@bbctms The problem is in the wording. What constitutes “the ground”? Is it the inch or two of grass or is it the soil? If it’s the grass then this example is not out.
English

@howie1878 @bbctms You clearly don't know what you're talking about. Don't let that stop you making a fool of yourself though.
English

@bbctms the ball clearly touched the floor in between his fingers,no catch for me,Aussies cheating again
English

@serotonin345 @bbctms Dry your eyes and watch the video, if still in doubt read the laws and understand.
English

@supermikey11 @bbctms Don't bother to read the laws you lemon.
English

@bbctms Definitely touched the ground - not out. Don’t see why the third umpire could work that out. Looked grounded on my TV.
English

@bbctms Clearly ball is touching the ground between two finger..aus team is full of cheaters..from cheater smith to sandpaper smith
English

@SatyenMehta1 @bbctms Get over it, read the laws. Out is out.
English

@bbctms NO. In the process of fielder gaining control of the ball, the fielder (Green) grassed the ball. Shubhman Gill was NOT OUT repeat NOT OUT
English

@bbctms Not out laws wrong interpretation wrong umpire wrong ball was touching ground in control or not that is touching the ground
English

@BillytheFish22 @bbctms Laws are deliberately ambiguous in their wording so they can be interpreted to suit any given situation
English

@harshpoddar_ @bbctms Indian tears are flowing like a great river today. England didn't lose the final for you did they??? Read the laws and get over it.
English

@bbctms So the tms commentators were quite unanimous in declaring this a fair catch. Just hope they maintain this stand when Australian fielders claim a similar catch against English players in the Ashes this summer. Please don’t say that the batter should get the benefit of doubt.
English

@YongMaoUK @bbctms The video clearly shows the catch is fair.
English

@bbctms Not out.
He pushed the ball into the ground to gain full control.
The video is required, one photo is not enough.
English

@danrandle93 @bbctms Nice to see some sane comments on here 👍
English

@IanRamblesOn @bbctms That could be the most ridiculous comment I've read so far, well done.
English

@realsteveurry @bbctms Watch the video footage, clearly you have never played cricket if you think you can judge a catch from a picture you total buffoon 😂😂
English

@bbctms It looks to be on the ground between the two fingers. I guess the rule that would apply is if it was caught slightly off the ground and was under control by the time of this image?
On that image alone it is not out and grounded (in my opinion)
English

@bbctms Anyone who has played or knows cricket knows this is out
English

@logicandreas0ns @bbctms Read the laws and be enlightened.
