Great meet 1st in both events Slippery conditions so not my best throws but I was able to stand throw 50’2” in the shot and throw 148’ in the disc.

I had another great day at the Huffman Flacon Relays. I threw new PRs in both shotput and discus, with throws of 51’2” and 166’6” breaking both my school’s records. Making progress, more PRs to come!

Had a solid start to the track season at Rice last week. Got new PR’s in the disc and shot with 140” and 47”.

2025 Concordia Lutheran OL Zane Stephen was one of the most physically impressive guys today in Houston Standing at 6’6 already, Stephen has added weight over the offseason to make him definitely one to watch down in Houston.
