@Panzerpicture At this point just lawyer up and lace your next appeal with YouTube with the threat of legal action to get their attention. The law and Sec 230 makes no distinction between the actions of bot and human moderators. A private company is still bound by laws and court rulings.

Day 12 of posting my videos. My 155K+ subscriber Yt channel’s was suspended due to a related channel issue. This suspension is clearly an error. My channel was falsely flagged for “harmful content involving minors” and “content related to sexual abuse.” My videos contain none of this. So why was my channel punished so severely? I am formally requesting a human review of my channel. Right now, a growing number of animation creators are being demonetized or terminated under these policies even when their content does not involve minors at all. If moderation systems can’t distinguish between real harmful content and fictional animation, innocent creators will continue getting caught in the crossfire. This isn’t just happening to me. Subscribestar got hit with the Visa bat today. The usual suspects are banned. Lolisho, incest, non-con, guro, etc. The interesting one is the furry section cause it actually gets more specific then we've previously seen from other visa bans. The "furry" character can't have any animalistic traits. Examples they gave included hands/arms and the joints of the legs. These requirements will continue to get stricter and stricter till almost all content is unmonitizable.

CNC Untitled China Emperor Overlord Tank #CommandAndConquer #Screenshot Excessive in size and costing quite a pretty penny, The Emperor Overlord of the C&C Generals Untitled mod is China’s heavy enforcer on the battlefield. It is armed with a powerful, high caliber cannon and a co-axial auto cannon that is also a pretty heavy weapon in it’s own right. Not one but two laser pointers focus the massive F**king turret on it’s unfortunate target and with the Depleted Uranium shells this thing has been upgraded to shoot (depicted by orange bars on the back of the turret), that target is screwed. It has also been upgraded with Nuclear Engines, and considering they “screw the safety of everyone” on a normal sized tank, I dread to think what would happen if you were to (somehow) defeat this tank in battle, I dread it would take out a sizable group of your own vehicles and troops. It also has been upgraded with a Gatling turret that has their own focus lasers and are themselves upgraded with the “Chain Gun” upgrade for handling infantry. To compliment the insanity that is this vehicle, it also has speakers that spew Chinese propaganda, and with Subliminal Messages upgrade embedded in said Chinese propaganda of this absolute unit of a tank it increases the effectiveness of it’s healing properties. I did not create this tank model nor the Command and Conquer Generals Untitled mod (The mod is made by something called No Life Studios), I just took this screenshot and built a description around it based on the in-game function. GLA Stealth General: C&C Untitled (Generals Zero Hour Mod) Let's Play #CommandAndConquer While the GLA has been known for guerilla warfare, the Stealth General Prince Kassad of the GLA takes it to a extreme with the ability to buy for most structures a camouflage stealth upgrade and a unique ability to upgrade his GPS scrambler generals power. The defensive turrets upgradable from the Tunnel Network also have unique models for this general. There is also a unique model and icon for the Toxin Tractor with this faction.
