Celebrating #GlobalRunningDay

I ran the 4x8, 800, and 4x4 at Districts this weekend. I finished 5th in the 800 and to finish off the season strong I ran a pr of 2:22.01.

I ran the 4x8, 800, and 4x4 yesterday at the Gary Smith Invitational. My 800m time was a season best of 2:25.21 and i came in 6th place out of 28 runners. @KevinLewis43068 @BigWalnutEagles

📍Olentangy Orange Tri Meet I ran the 4x8 with a split time of 2:26 and my 800m time was a 2:26.16. @BigWalnutEagles @KevinLewis43068

📍Russ Parson’s Invitational. My split for the 4x800m was a 2:33 and I placed 2nd in the 800m run with a time of 2:29. Lastly my 4x400m split was a 1:06. @BigWalnutEagles

I placed 10th and ran a time of 20:39 at the OCC capital division invitational this weekend. Off to districts!

2022 Central Ohio Invitational I ran a PR of 20:19.7 and placed 14th out of 182 runners in the Varsity Race
