UGA went 12-0 after back to back championships. They lost to Bama by 3 points in SEC Championship and dropped from 1st-6th. They played their non playoff bowl game and won 63-3. With NIL and transfer portal changing the game since their 2 championships the program is incredibly strong today. Opting out of a bowl game to “protest” will hurt the Notre Dame football program much more than it will hurt ESPN.
