In most protocols, a few wallets control everything. In ZARIX, nobody does. 3 governance tracks: Standard: 60% approval, 25 voters Critical: 80% approval, 100 voters Upgrade: 85% approval, 150 voters No admin keys. No multisig shortcuts. Pure on-chain democracy.
