New trade: Ira $tsla Rolled the 395 calls to August 415 These calls started at 380 on June 26th. I have 8.50 of this 16.15 as my equity. 7.65 is what I’m upside down from the rolls.

$TSLA covered calls update Kept the 40 short calls on in the brokerage and 11 in the IRA. I now have 20 lots dedicated to targeting gap ups and 10-point intraday moves before 10am and noon at the latest. The 40 in the brokerage will likely stay on prior to earnings if we’re above this $380 level. If not, I’ll keep trim off and reduce more short calls. The extra 20 lots will be sold around the expected move of earnings if we are above 400 and I still have these available to cover. I really don’t want to take more off — I’d rather manage up and out here if I want less of a hedge and bring them back in on a setup I like to target. I'm adding more and more $SPCX short puts here, so harvesting cash on these $TSLA calls pays for a few of those. That’s where I’m at with the covered calls right now.

Spacex is trading above IPO of 135, but pre IPO investors are experiencing their first 35% drawdown. They were updating their net worth all the way up to 225 in their brokerage as it keep making new ATH's. Now they've seen all that paper millions erased. It will be interesting to watch this play out from here. $SPCX
