@Zaxbys why does your app say that you can get an extra 8 oz sauce for $1.50? It charges $1.50 but it's not close to 8 oz, more like 3. It should only be 25 or 50 cents at most. Also, why is honey mustard not a choice for extra, only hot honey mustard.

@Zaxbys ordered 3 meals online at the Auburn, AL East University location this evening. Once home realized one of my meals was not in the bag. Tried calling for 15 mins with no answers. Very disappointed in the service provided at this location.

@JesseKellyShow @JesseKellyDC I went through Zaxby’s the other day and paid to get an extra Zax Sauce with my chicken tenders. I got home, took the food out of the bag, and there was 0 sauce. I had to drive back to the restaurant, walk in to make them aware of the situation, and they never apologized.🤬

I remember the days when I get 2 Zax sauce and at least 3 packets of ketchup from Zaxby’s. Today? 1 Zax sauce and no ketchup. On top of that , no type of customer service. Just food and drink and window closed. Must be having a bad day 🤷🏽‍♀️
