@Zaxbys really disappointed today. Paid for large drinks and were given mediums while being told they were "large" until we called it out, then suddenly they were "out of large cups." Both large fries were tiny, our 5 extra tenders came without the sauce we ordered. More below

When I go to Zaxbys and they outta honey mustard, the meal is ruined. Gotta start asking first if they got it before I order cause not finna waste my time and money. Then they be so stingy with they sauces, I don’t even have any extra already at home 🙄

Mane i was in the drive thru at Zaxbys last night.. the girl said i had to order the shit online.. i did the shit.. got to the window & they said they threw all the food away & had to get a refund online.. i was at the window snapping on them folks for bout 20min🤬
