Conclusion: All of this happens in the traditional medical space, where regulation & processes move far slower than web3. So far, we’ve hit every milestone set in our roadmap 2 years ago in the medical space, but future delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

Thank you Alex, Unfortunately the DeSci space took a big hit in terms of users, visibility and liquidity and this affects small projects like us even more. Regardless, we continue our mission in web2 and hopefully this space can have better times so we put $ZAI on the map again.

Dear members of Zaya Community, Today we received a notice from MEXC indicating an “ST warning” applied to $ZAI. MEXC also communicated that projects under the “ST” label are reassessed, and if the project does not pass their assessment, delisting may occur on 2026-01-23. We want to address this clearly: 1) The project continues Zaya continues to operate and build on the Web2 side: AI for medical diagnostics and digital pathology solutions. This work remains our core focus, and we are pushing to secure concrete commercial breakthroughs through partnerships and sales. 2) $ZAI remains tradable on DEX (PancakeSwap) Regardless of centralized exchange decisions, $ZAI remains tradable on PancakeSwap (BSC). The token continues to exist on-chain and can be held in a self-custody wallet. 3) Liquidity: we will strengthen it within our available resources We will do our best to improve liquidity on PancakeSwap in the coming period, within the financial resources we have. We will communicate actions transparently as they are executed. 4) What you can do now (if MEXC proceeds with delisting) If you hold $ZAI on MEXC, consider moving it to a BSC wallet (e.g., MetaMask) ahead of any exchange deadlines. If needed, you can then swap on PancakeSwap. 5) Business development We have partnerships and commercial discussions that give us confidence they can convert into meaningful sales over time. These things take time, especially with limited resources, but we are continuing. We understand this situation creates uncertainty. ZayaAI: 2025 a year of showing up, every single day. 1/ 2025 began before the spotlight. January opened with PRE-TGE IDOs. Early belief, early responsibility. As DeSci started heating up, ZayaAI was already being picked up organically by leading voices in Web3.

10/ 2025 laid the foundation, in 2026 we continue the work. Thank you to all our supporters and even our critics, we know we are not perfect, but we kept and keep working & delivering and hopefully our strong fundamentals will reflect in all things we do! DeSci + AI = $ZAI
