@SelecaoTalk @TheDazView Rooney is on par, both him and Neymar could compete with Messi and Ronaldo as no one else could. But Rooney could also do and offer a lot more to a team. In terms of attacking out put, running, defending.. Neymar just visually looks more satisfying while dribbling
