Statement by the Zebec Team regarding court decision in Zebec vs Bithumb We fought hard in court on behalf of Zebec, our holders, and our Korean community to challenge Bithumb’s decision to delist ZBCN. Unfortunately, the court ruled in favor of the exchange. While we believe we may have been caught in the crossfire of ongoing scrutiny surrounding Korean exchanges and their practices, we respect the legal outcome—though we are deeply disappointed. Since Bithumb’s initial announcement in March, many holders have steadily moved their assets to other exchanges, including OKX and Crypto.com. We remain open to dialogue and are willing to work with Bithumb toward a potential relisting in the future.

.@Zebec_HQ and our legal team in Korea have challenged Bithumb and strongly dispute its recent announcement and intent to delist ZBCN. Our Korean community—and the exchange that serves it—is extremely important to us. As such, we’re committed to pursuing every available avenue under regional and international law to resolve this matter. Following Bithumb’s inquiry, we submitted a comprehensive response—likely one of the most extensive ever provided to an exchange. It significantly exceeded standard listing and compliance requirements. We respectfully request that @BithumbOfficial conducts a thorough and thoughtful review of our submitted documentation before finalizing their decision regarding ZBCN.
