NOTICE OF DEFAULT AND FINAL DEMAND TO: @seal_xrp (AKA "Seal"), SEAL ON XRPL Project Developer FROM: Dpac Jones, on behalf of $SEAL Stakeholders and NFT Holders DATE: February 4th, 2026 SUBJECT: FINAL DEADLINE FOR NFT UTILITY DELIVERY, IP ESCROW, AND CURE OF BREACH 1. RECORD OF AGREEMENT & ESTABLISHED PRECEDENT On January 22nd, 2026, you performed a partial divestment of the $SEAL project by handing over token control to the community. (See attached Screenshots) This action created a bifurcated responsibility: while the community assumed management of the $SEAL token, you explicitly retained the obligation to deliver the associated NFT collections and their promised technical utilities. Whereas to date, there has been a total cessation of communication to stakeholders regarding these said deliverables, this constitutes a "silent abandonment" of your remaining technical obligations. 2. FORMAL NOTICE OF BREACH This document serves as formal notice that you are in breach of the Social and Technical Contract established during the handover. This breach is characterized by: a.) Non-Performance: Failure to provide the "Technical Utility" marketed to investors. b.) Value Erosion: Your inaction directly depreciates the assets currently held by the community. c.) Misrepresentation: Retaining control of NFT assets without active development suggests a bad-faith transition rather than a clean handover. 3. RECLASSIFICATION AS "SERVICE PROVIDER" By relinquishing the project lead role but retaining control of the NFT infrastructure, your status has effectively transitioned to that of a Technical Service Provider.** **Notice: A service provider who fails to meet milestones for three consecutive cycles, or who ceases communication with the client (the stakeholders), is subject to immediate termination of "Project Rights" and forfeiture of IP claims. 4. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (THE "CURE") To remedy this default, the following actions must be completed by 11:59 PM UTC on February 13th, 2026: a.) Technical Deployment: Provide a verifiable Beta or Mainnet launch of the promised NFT utility. b.) IP & Metadata Escrow: Deploy all NFT-related metadata, art assets, to a community-accessible decentralized storage (IPFS/Arweave). c.) Technical Post-Mortem: Issue a public statement detailing the current build status and a final, binding roadmap for remaining features. 5. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS & REMEDIES Should the "Cure Period" expire without the aforementioned deliveries, the $SEAL stakeholders will reserve the right to enact the following remedies: a.) Declaration of IP Abandonment: We will formally declare the original NFT collection "defunct" due to developer abandonment and launch a "Community Version" (V2), rendering your retained assets obsolete and valueless. b.) Global Social Disavowal: A formal "Bad Actor" report will be filed with First Ledger, XRP Café, Horizon, and Xaman and other related sites and platforms. c.) Wallet Blacklisting: All known developer wallets associated with your identity will be publicly flagged across the XRPL ecosystem to alert future investors of "Prior Project Abandonment." Signed, Dpac Jones on behalf of members of the $SEAL Community & $SEAL Stakeholders
