@speaksom @Kideo_Mah it's GUC reputation on the line here; they risk loosing hundreds of students on account that their courses are graded/recognised by Regulatory Bodies. NewEra le yone at 1 point lost students bcoz their graduates weren't recognised by ERB body. GUC must be in court not students

GUC is aggrieved of the decision of the High Court regarding eligibility of their LLB graduates for admission as attorneys in BW. They can annex the transcripts of the applicants and appeal. Press conferences won't do them any justice

@ZeePhemo Cheshe Dow didn’t get admitted because she didn’t take the U.S. bar exam. Not because the university wasn’t accredited. It’s a different issue from GUC.

GUC vs UB 😱 The nerve 😃 they must read the judgement. Even the daughter of Dow or Molokomme tried the LSB with her law degree from some USA University which isn't listed like Syracuse & court dismissed her. Standards must be maintained & regulatory bodies are there for it.

I hear you, but "fairness" must start from the University/college; no ways can a student who failed form5, not meeting prominent & graded Universities stds be allowed to undertake course requiring a high IQ+marks as a base &worse thing being taught by degree & masters holders

@gudday_ The law society has a list of universities, its 3 Universities in USA & almost all Universities in UK & Ireland, all RSA, University of Ghana,Namibia & Zambia. The schedule is there its not gate keeping for UB, same for ERB, we cant allow bogus graduates to be licensed
