A candidate hung up on me mid-interview today, then sent an email saying she couldn’t “continue with the interview because it doesn’t align with her interest” - her words 😂 She hung up the moment I asked her to walk me through the numbers on her resume and how she achieved them. She had no answer. Please, if you’re going to lie on your resume, at least know how to defend it in an interview. 😭
