临近新的分配日期 有很多喜讯 很多改完地址的 都已经确定allow了 这样这次分配就可以拿回大部分了

详细说下,目前为止 FTX“受限制司法辖区”动议的真相与时间线（截至2025年10月） #FTX破产案 #FTX债权人 1️⃣ 7月2日 FTX重组团队突然提出“受限制司法管辖区动议”，希望法院批准一个程序，让他们的律师可以自行决定哪个地区是“受限制地区”。 一旦被认定为受限制地区（如中国），FTX可以直接没收该地区的未分配资产。 2️⃣ 我看到动议后立即组织中国债权人反击，并在7月22日听证会前提交了反对动议。 3️⃣ 7月22日听证会 多位中国债权人出庭发言。 Owens法官未批准动议，指出没收不合适，并要求FTX提供清晰流程，方便海外中国债权人修改居住地并拿回赔偿。 当时法官态度较温和，希望对方修改后再提交。 4️⃣ 听证会后 FTX没有修改动议，也未公布修改居住地址流程，反而设定了： 8月15日 → 快照时间 9月30日 → 第二轮赔偿 中国债权人依旧未获得分配。 5️⃣ 8月15日前，我们开始自己探索修改地址流程，通过邮件与Kroll沟通，答案各不相同。 最终我们拼凑出关键步骤，我在推特和电报群分享，让大量真实居住海外的债权人成功修改地址。 6️⃣ 9月30日 部分修改成功者获得赔偿，但仍无官方文件说明流程。 7️⃣ 9月30日后 我提交了两份新动议： ① 要求明确居住地修改流程； ② 要求确认赔偿币种为美元而非加密货币。 大量中国债权人加入动议，但FTX依旧未回应。 8️⃣ 10月21–23日 听证会前两天（美国时间深夜），FTX突然提交修改版动议，大篇幅禁止我发言，同时仍企图没收“受限制地区”资产（中国占82%）。 9️⃣ 10月23日听证会 百余名中国债权人远程参会。 Owens法官直接质问FTX： “为何其他破产案都不需要这样的程序？” “连伊朗都能拿到赔偿，为什么中国不行？” 法官明确表示动议不合适。 🔟 总结 相较7月，目前形势显著乐观： ⚖️ 法官支持修改居住地； ⚖️ 没收方案被否定。 但FTX仍可随意“争议”债权，无需解释。 这只是好的开始，不是结束。 我们要继续努力，直到所有债权人拿回赔偿。 也希望更多华语媒体和债权人关注并加入。

Where's the transparency? Is my claim being adequately reserved for, or are we witnessing a free-for-all? It appears those who sold their claims are getting preferential treatment, while loyal creditors wait indefinitely. This smells like backdoor deals and zero accountability.
