Europeans still misunderstand this argument. There are ~192 wide receivers in the NFL. These guys are 6+ feet tall, fast, strong, quick feet, powerful jump, great reflexes, elite positioning, spatial IQ etc. We’re not saying if you gave them a soccer ball today they’d outscore Haaland. But if you gave those 192 NFL receivers a ball at their feet instead of in their hands at 5 years old, and you trained them to be strikers with the same intensity that took them to the NFL? I promise you’d have at least one elite number 9 among the bunch.

People are shocked GTA VI is estimated to have cost between $1.5–2 billion to make. I'm not. I'm more amazed that we get to experience something built by thousands of people over 10+ years... ...for the price of a single game. Think about that. After more than 20 years of gaming... I'm genuinely happy to see how far this industry has come. Artists. Programmers. Engineers. Writers. Designers. Animators. Composers. QA testers. Millions of hours of work. Years of innovation. One purchase. A world millions of people will experience. People still underestimate how far gaming has come. It's no longer "just entertainment." It's one of the most ambitious creative and technological projects humanity has ever undertaken. And some people still call games a waste of money. 😂 Show me another form of entertainment that gives you this level of craftsmanship, innovation and value for the price of a single purchase. And don't forget... It will likely make a huge profit. Not because people were forced to buy it. Because millions of people will choose to. To me, that's a remarkable human achievement. I think we're just getting started.
