@ernestdove One thing I thought was odd, they didn't give Gordon any rehab time, pretty much build back up w Bin. So his numbers and grace period of rehab are conflated. Even vets like Herget & Stock got 30 days to build up. But he's had some long inns. He'll be alright of course.

Annual $2,500 @MLBDraft accounting trick explanation . . . There's a $2,500 signing contingency bonus teams can give players when the contract is executed. Some teams give it on top of the signing bonus, some take it out of the bonus to save $ vs their pools, some don't bother.

@ausipt i think he's a player with the yips/ some mental health performance issue that is masked by language &/or culture, which is a shame. see him fussing between pitches/ innings w his mechanics, that's what i point to for saying it. or something...

Will unfold this more later, but Senga only 1.1ip as RP, 45 pitches though, how much recovery time will he need. I assume he will take 3 days at least, if they dont need him the 4th, there's an off day, he'd get his usual 5 day rest. for 1.1ip.

& just to compare: Senga 45 pitches 1.1 ip 3w 2h 2r left a runner, 2k Curry: 19/17, 2ip, 2h k. thank you. bet w his role he volunteers tomorrow too, he warmed up in 4 straight when called up, pitched 2/4.

@bkfan09 guys on an obvious pitch count and gets no help from his D. Know he's down on rehab, but I think it was from HBP to the face, not the body where he cant run after it.

What must have happened that prompted the dev listing in the 1st place. He was up to ~90 pitches, then the month layoff, to whats going on now... and as @bkfan09 noted, that D Smith error was atrocious. even w that, very long ABs, not putting batters away until in play.
