3/ However, not all for burning $gZIL. Maybe a mechanism that keeps failed proposal gzils and redistributes somehow. Just an idea. Either way, input is important. Community feedback and discussion on how we can improve the governance process and utility/value of $gZIL is needed.

2/ Increasing the baseline holdings of $gZIL for proposals and introducing a forfeiture mechanism is intruiging. Especially so as it discourages spam proposals and really places emphasis on submitting proposals that hold value, rather than 'pump price' rhetoric.
