So why @Zelle can’t I send my money?!? I’m trying to send money to a friend and Zelle has decided I can’t. I have the money, they have an established business. I’m not amused.

For @Zelle @ZelleSupport to be down on a day when people need to make payments is just not ideal. If there was an issue with the system, y'all should alert the banks you partner with to let us know so we don't use the platform. I need to make payments asap and now I'm scrambing.
