If the City of Three Rivers alternative water sourcing plan is groundwater wells, have they conducted the hydrogeological studies to determine if the groundwater aquifer recharge will be sufficient to rely upon the groundwater wells, especially considering that Corpus Christi has recently started withdrawing from several newly drilled groundwater wells to supplement their water supply shortcomings, and considering that the regional drought conditions that have caused the Choke Canyon Reservoir to be at a critically low water level may also impede the recharge rate of the deeper groundwater aquifers?
