Seems already nobody is answering the @ZenMate account anymore. Since they have been bought up and replaced by @CyberGhost_EN things are going down the drain it seems. Cancelled my subscription and want my money back.

@Master_Domains We are sorry to hear you encounter problems. Do you have an issue with the CyberGhost VPN desktop app or mobile app? Have you tried all of their apps? Customer Support will answer your messages.

@ZenMate I have a 3-year subscription. After the acquisition, the new software is not working. I contacted support twice, they won't respond. I'm left with no VPN. Keep out of this scammer company.

@leo17413 Please contact Customer Support. ZenMate is not selling anything since 16 May. Probably you bought a CyberGhost VPN plan.

@ZenMate I purchased subscription on zenmate on May 24 and paid by visa card, the only thing I got is an email from cyberghost explaining how to install restoro software on windows, I did not get any email or receipt from zenmate and I am not able to use VPN.

@ZenMate Why my zenmate pro vpn showing inactive in cyber ghost vpn app as you are claiming that you have partnership with them and paid subscribers should use the same login details like zenmate? Then why it ask me to subscribe again and showing my "pro account" "inactive"? Frustrating.

@ZenMate has been broken for over 3 days, is their support non-existent? You log in to their extension, any browser, and you are greeted with a blue screen, I thought this was just Microsoft fingerprint.

We currently have an issue with login directly from the extension. We are working to fix it but this requires an extension update and Google Chrome approval process takes 1-2 weeks. Here is the ByPass that will help you login into the extension. Follow the thread ⬇️⬇️

@real_snk @CyberGhost_EN If you have a paid plan follow the steps from the announcement. Download the CyberGhost VPN Mobile and desktop apps and use them. Not the extension. The mobile & desktop apps are more powerful and secure than the extension.

@ZenMate @CyberGhost_EN That doesn't help at all , if the accounts are being migrated to @CyberGhost_EN , we should be able to use or login details on it. The browser plugins simply don't work because of that issue , again , how do I use my credentials to login on @CyberGhost_EN ???

@ZenMate @engrsmughal Well that's no use. That means I can't use it on ChromeOS Flex. If that was the best @CyberGhost_EN was able to provide, I will be looking for a different VPN when my @Zenmate subscription expires.
