@kumxem hell nah

@Dexerto Obviously the hate is a waste of resources.
However, given the insane amount of time it takes for a team to develop a new game today, you could easily interpret the hate as "how dare you make this instead of XYZ".
Which given the way D2 has been sunset, would make sense.

ok so why are we mad about this

@NotJubei @EvanReakes Adding random movement mechanics isn't innovation.
No one asked for it.
English

@ZenkaiGoose @EvanReakes ??? Halo 5 had sprint ground pound and spartan dash not seen in any other halo believe or not that was innovation to the gameplay halo 5 also didn’t allow healing while sprint sprint is not the inventions the system around sprint were….

@GIshayu 343 ruined the game, the matchmaking is horrible, the maps you're given to play are the worst/most obscure ones and the ranking is dog.
In a perfect world, Classic Halo should just work like Counter-Strike does. Simple.
English

@ZenkaiGoose What are these 4000 people playing? Whenever I search for an online match on Halo MCC I get nothing.
English

@NotJubei @EvanReakes Adding sprint isn't innovation lmao
Doom, Counterstrike, Overwatch, all these don't have sprint and thrived lol
English

@EvanReakes @ZenkaiGoose People have to understand reach is the game the ruined no sprint halo forever it was popular brought sprint and jet pack movement ability the didn’t exist in the halo franchise before games innovate move forward we shouldn’t be moving backwards
English

@ZenkaiGoose That’s an opinion it’s not fact still better then 4 second doesn’t change my point I’m trying to make
English

@ZenkaiGoose I don’t agree with this infinite struggles with lack of content and the fact they backtracked halo 5 to try get closer to the classic halo while your comparing it to MCC which features 5 halo campaign multiplayer firefight modern and classic game play vastly more content

🚨YouTube Analytics has just released a brand new metric: Unique Reach
Previously, when trying to understand the success of a video, you would mainly focus on the total amount of views. However, this can easily give you the wrong idea of how many people were reached with this piece of content.
Imagine you’re watching a piece of content, but you want to come back to it two more times at a later stage. YouTube will count this as a total of 3 views, while in reality it was only 1 unique viewer.
Now imagine a different piece of content, but this time you’re watching it on your phone together with 2 other viewers. YouTube will count this as 1 view, while in reality it was 3 unique viewers.
So what this new metric aims to do is figure out exactly how many people saw your content.
The way YouTube predicts the number of viewers is based on factors like demographics, video genre, and even time of day. They’ll then validate their model against industry-standard measurements from partners like Nielsen to make sure accuracy stays high. The idea is that they’re trying to align with the way the traditional TV industry reports reach, which will make it easier to convince brands to sponsor content on the platform.
Now, YouTube won’t show Unique Reach publicly. It’ll still show the original view metrics, but inside your analytics, you’ll be able to better understand how many people actually saw your content.
But here’s my take. While it’s an amazing metric, I am concerned about the manner in which the number is being calculated. Companies like Nielsen are known to have biased findings in their data due to flaws in their measuring systems, and when these biases affect accuracy validation, you can start wondering how this could affect the Unique Reach metric.
Nonetheless, it’s a very interesting new metric.

@hcs_fantasy Yeah it's sad.
Not only that but it's locked and poorly maintained.
No grown man wants to ask some Walmart employee to unlock and give em the new Pokeman for $100.

Every time I walk through Wal-Mart I look at the games section and only see Call of Duty, sports games, and some other general AAA games. All of them always at full price of $90, so I never buy any.
Then I check the digital store and see the “complete” edition of the same games on sale for 80-90% off.
I really miss buying physical games but these companies are not pushing for it all.

@StreetsofGage The human paradox in a nutshell.
We optimize everything that makes us human to become more machine every single day.

@ZenkaiGoose What we gave up for convenience is actually heartbreaking.
English

@twilightVespian Pretty much.
My non-gamer friends/family will probably get Minecraft/GTA/Fortnite/etc in their feed but I can't imagine they're getting Expedition 33.
English

@ZenkaiGoose Possibly now that you mention it. But it may also be fueled by social media always hyping them up or the attention span of zoomers & alphas being shorter, maybe? It’s hard to say. Another big game amongst them is the Roblox.
