Right now, Habbo is asking players what subjects need improvement to strengthen the game's foundations... For years, we have been calling out the questionable practices of customer support and the .FR staff And we know this issue isn’t limited to our hotel, but exists across several others as well 😶 A few years ago, a former staff member (CaracolDore) was involved in a real-life relationship with a player and granted them significant in-game privileges. The issue was swept under the rug. The current staff continues certain excesses, with no action taken by @Habbo headquarters 👻 Would you like us to show you a case where customer support claims that no rules are being broken, even when players are sharing real-life information in-game with the intent to initiate or continue harassment? At some point, @Habbo will have to stop burying its head in the sand and take this seriously. It’s absurd to ban players for talking about Discord (while Habbo actively promotes Discord in-game), yet ignore misconduct and harassment Would the company’s policy be the same if a player were to reveal the city (or even the address) of one of its employees on social media? I certainly hope not. So protect your players the same way you would protect your employees. Because without players… there are no employees 🤷‍♂️ #Habbo #HabboCollectibles

⚠️ Habbo FR held hostage by absent staff member? Unfortunately, this has been a reality for years: the staff recruited are not passionate about Habbo and are only dragging down the hotel's activity 😖 Even though @HabboFR is still a decent hotel, its appeal remains very fragile... This is due to massive abusive bans that Habbo headquarters has never wanted to address, regular harassment that is not dealt with firmly, an official RPG program that has been abandoned, and now... The total disappearance of the main staff since mid-December (the period when Habbgames said they would return) We hope that @Habbo will take charge of the situation and provide us with news about this disappearance as soon as possible. Although Ildefonso does not respect a large part of the community, we hope that nothing serious has happened to him. In the meantime, this is still a business with customers, and this situation cannot continue for weeks on end 😱 Where is our staff? What are they doing? Why has nothing been communicated?
