@OlaElectric @bhash I felt like the company had almost abandoned gen 1 scooter. I have to pay the full payment for scooter that have passed 40km. Front shock replacement 7000 Rs. If I can pay the money somehow, I will have to go to the company and buy it directly.

@OlaElectric It has been one week since I registered the complaint regarding my scooter's navigation issue. Till now, there has been no response from your service team. Moreover the case is closed without my acknowledgment. Pathetic!
