Some new year updates for the Hydro community! 1️⃣ Hydro’s development is on pause! We’ll post our governance proposal early next week, and the team will be in a holding pattern as we await the results. If approved, our mandate as official Hub stewards maintaining Hydro would begin around January 20th. 2️⃣ Round 3 is scheduled to start tomorrow. It will have some active bids, although likely less than usual due to the vacations and the fact that Hydro product development is paused. Bids will be added as they are ready, and we’ll share updates as soon as they’re live. 3️⃣ There are no scheduled cap increases at the start of this round. Cap increases have been decoupled from the round start and are enacted by the Hydro Committee, who have not yet coordinated to see if caps will increase during Round 3. 4️⃣ We are excited to release the Metrics & Rewards pages soon! These were largely developed before the Christmas vacations, and the team will take time to push them out. As mentioned previously, the rewards page will display user rewards, but the claiming process will be disabled for the time being as we work on improving the experience.
