if i had to start from zero in 2026: 1. build AI agent workflows for businesses $500-3k/mo per client. 310M companies have zero automation. 2. start a marketing agency: $12-24k/mo per client. every founder needs a brand. most have none. 3. build a personal brand on X: 5k followers is enough for $500-5k/mo in sponsorships. the bar is low. 4. run trading bots on prediction markets Polymarket, Hyperliquid. bots don't sleep, panic, or make emotional decisions. 5. teach what you actually know $1-3k/mo consulting. the proof is the product. the pattern: either build systems that run without you, or build an audience. the gold rush is wide open.
