this video is stupid lol. conception is relatively brief and pleasurable for men while pregnancy is 9 months of mandatory physical sacrifice, obviously more will be attributed to the woman. thats not "dismissing men" it's just acknowledging asymetry in contribution
It has not been my experience that women are better communicators than men. What I have experienced is that women communicate what they’re feeling very often without communicating or even understanding why they’re feeling it and they communicate to avoid conflict. “Better”
@thedimitri a lot of these women aren’t really “social icons” that are extremely popular in the world either. So give or take a few years even months, everyone would forget. Unless you’re a Mia Khalifa level girl.
@thedimitri loser ass guy though but understanding not everyone lives that easier life where survival doesnt come with high cost or just being yourself. You only live once, might as well do what you want.
@Adriana19Flower Also, the women in those subreddits don’t even have real issues in their relationships, its just about their title. So years of time only solidified their positioning that marriage would actually work for them.
@Adriana19Flower A woman giving up her virginity within a single year to a man because of marriage after knowing him for ONLY a year AND how that relationship has a guaranteed/highlikelihood of success then your argument is null. Do your relationship last a year?
Having a boyfriend is cringe
You mean to tell me you let multiple guys get the wife treatment for YEARS,they don’t have to marry you, give you their last name, and you stay with him for years as he dangles the possibility of marriage like a carrot on a stick?
Couldn’t be me
@Adriana19Flower Math is legitimately not even objective, 1+1 is 2 bro nothing about that is “objective”. Statistical odds present a realistic possibility of actual success, to say that completely irrelevant when garunteed most of your relationships or talking stages havent worked out is dumb.
@Adriana19Flower Adding more years can not help but if MOST relationships don’t make it past the first year mark, then how is it a good idea to plan on getting married within that first year? You can’t say “first year marriage makes sense” if your relationships dont even last a year plus.
@Adriana19Flower Its not impossible, but thats like saying knowing someone for a short amount of time does equate to knowing them well. Thats dumb as fuck.
@ZeroFourTwo4 Im saying that the length of knowing someone doesn’t equate to knowing them well. You can share your entire life with one person in a month and hide many parts of your life with another person for years. My parents dated for one year, still married for over 2 decades
@Adriana19Flower or lasted before the broke up for after how long it took them to get married to know they were meant for eachother. Most relationships in general do not make it past the first year mark at all, even including talking stages.
@Adriana19Flower years and then still dont know what math is really about. Time creates a stronger connection regardless and using your parents as an example to say “well it worked for them so everyone can do it” is not logically true. Go outside and ask people how long their marriages last-
@Adriana19Flower If you cant create a specific argument that directly correlates to time+connection+virgin+premarital sex that MAKES SENSE for rushing that during short term within at least 1-2 years. Then you have no argument.
@ZeroFourTwo4 Sex is a big factor in this because for women, this makes them bond to men. Many women have sex with men that have no intention of marriage but now that they’ve given the guy sex,the woman feels a need to stay and make it mean something. Sex is a potent thing that clouds the mind.
@Adriana19Flower If “x” action creates a fake connection but dictates the majority of a relationship. Then where is the benefit long term if it can cloud your immediate judgement if you get together too early? 6+ years no ring is an issue, but 3 and below seems too early.
@Adriana19Flower So then that means they should wait longer instead of getting in a relationship. If virgin sex/sex = (automatic closer bonding connection), but theres still a big chance the woman can be unfulfilled, then rushing marital sex would create a “false” sense of security correct?
@Adriana19Flower If people leave each other after many years because of issues like cheating, or not knowing someone well, wouldnt that solidify an arguement its better to wait longer? Like you’re making points its better to wait, not do things quicker.
@ZeroFourTwo4 People get in relationships for 10 YEARS and they still leave each other. They still cheat, they still discover they didn’t know the person that well. At some point you have to ask yourself “do I have no discernment skills if I need years to judge a person correctly for marriage?
