@citizenmatt@JetBrainsRider They are not. And you are right, when I look at the generated files through the solution explorer in Rider (under dependencies/generated), they show me the newest generated files, but when I debug, I get the cached ones from that directory. I think...might be the other way around
@JetBrainsRider is there any way to stop caching of source generator generated code? It makes it a bit hard to use during development when it changes a lot
@citizenmatt@JetBrainsRider Yes, it is an incremental one. But the generated code is cached and can end up in an inconsistent state if you play around with it a bit.
Cache is located in local AppData, in a Temp/SourceGeneratedDocuments folder... Or, is that Roslyn itself?
And I'm back at Arlanda for the first time this year... This time I'm heading to @NDC_Conferences in London! Looking forward to meeting all my old friends for the first time in 2026! And to talk about @neo4j of course!
Thank you #ActiveSolution for supporting my shenanigans!
From the Coffee & OSS Archives, I chatted with @ZeroKoll about all sorts of great #tech and #oss topics. Access the stream or listen to the podcast below. Be sure to like/subscribe. Thanks for tuning in!

Heading back home from Orlando and #Live360. It's been great! A big thank you to everyone who joined my talks, and my workshop. And thank you @VSLive for having me!
Another week, another trip to Arlanda... 😂
This time I'm heading to Orlando for @VSLive! Doing one talk about @msftorleans and one about mental health. As well as a master class about web development in @dotnet. Going to be a blast!
Anyone on the
@JetBrainsRider
team that can explain why I can't create #Aspire projects? I just get "Install Aspire", which makes no difference. Templates are installed and updated...
Remember back in the day when file-based apps was a stupid idea because we had C# scripts... I do...

Maybe I did have a point... 😏
