I did a quick test on one signal (1GHZ, ~ -5dBm) on 5 SDRs. Summary: USRP B205mini has the best spectral purity (phase noise). HackRF has the best harmonics levels. This is not a scientific test. Need to test with more frequencies and amplitudes. Measured by Signal Hound SP145.
