This is not a hype relaunch or a sudden claw-slam.
It’s careful reef maintenance:
- protect core systems
- reduce legacy dependency
- preserve current contract state during review
- make future changes cleaner through governor / multisig approval

CLD2.0 transition work has started: security, continuity, transparency, and more project control moving into CLD-approved hands.
Governors are discussing the first steps now. We’ll keep the community updated as the tide moves.
