@NavyL0L Out of curiosity, are they at a net positive because salaries of both players and staff have significantly decreased or because revenue has increased? One implies that the scene is growing whilst the other implies it's reverting to 2010's standards where you were a "volunteer".

Since the LoL offseason is ramping up, I've been jumping in between calls with many major organizations in the last days. One thing I noticed is that more and more organizations are actually either already net positive or close to it. Genuinely great to see, esports is healing.

@SpecialLoL_ Honestly, I love doing my job, but it's very slow and low stakes day to day. The biggest high I've had in 4 weeks was my direct supervisor saying I was doing a good job on a report that I had to write. And I just feel the urge to play league whenever I get home.
