I was assaulted on the premises of the Islamabad High Court by Zaafir Tarin in the presence of his boss Mustafa Ramday. Islamabad Police registered no FIR despite video evidence and a corroborating report by the investigating police officer. Instead, they registered an FIR against me and initiated court proceedings for filing a false report. I posted bail in two courts to avoid arrest. @CMShehbaz @OfficialDGISPR @AzamNazeerTarar

Three months ago, the Sindh High Court ruled that a shell company fraudulently purchased TRG shares using TRG’s own funds. Both the Sindh and Islamabad High Courts also ordered TRG to hold overdue board elections. Yet, despite clear court rulings, nothing has been done.

For 25 years, I have been a technology entrepreneur. From my base in Pakistan, I have built three multi-billion-dollar companies, employed over 10,000, and brought over $500 million in investments and remittances to the country. Yet, I am struggling to get justice.

Some of my own employees have illegally seized shares of my company through fraud. I am fighting legal cases in Pakistan to regain rightful ownership, but the system is dragging its feet. Justice delayed is justice denied.
