@ZiangsW cooked family dinner . Couldn't work in a kitchen Shattered! Had to do fried rice, s&p chicken, beef in oyster sauce (said garlic puree but not in the method??). Everyone happy! Question-potato starch slurry. Mentioned but can't find it in the book is it just me?
