AbaThembu Kingdom Distances Itself from Violent East London Protests, Slams Intelligence Failures The Royal Kingdom of AbaThembu has distanced itself from the violent protests that erupted in Gompo City (East London) today, Monday, 30 March, while sharply criticising the Eastern Cape government, intelligence agencies, and police for failing to prevent the unrest. The protests, organised by the civic group March and March along with political parties including ActionSA, were triggered by outrage over the recent coronation of Nigerian national Chief Solomon Ogbonna Eziko as “Igwe Ndigbo Na East London”. What started as a march from the beachfront to City Hall turned violent after a stabbing incident, resulting in damaged vehicles, torched buildings, and looting. In a strongly worded statement issued by Mayibuye Melisizwe Mandela, personal spokesperson to King Buyelekhaya Zwelibanzi Dalindyebo, the kingdom reaffirmed its support for peaceful protest but condemned “any form of lawlessness and criminal conduct.” It stressed that neither the King nor the royal council organised or participated in the march any attendees did so in their personal capacity. The statement questioned what steps Premier Oscar Mabuyane and intelligence structures took after the march was announced. “If the country has intelligence capabilities, why were early warnings not acted upon to prevent the violence and looting?” it asked. The AbaThembu Kingdom also raised concerns about possible rogue elements enabling the chaos due to the “boldness and coordination” of the looters. It plans to engage the Nigerian Consulate over the coronation, stating firmly: “The Eastern Cape is not an annexure or colony of any foreign nation.” The kingdom expressed solidarity with the AmaRharhabe people, on whose ancestral land Gompo City falls under King Jonguxolo Vululwandle Sandile, and called for urgent government answers to restore public confidence.

[TRUTH?] The GOAT, MacG says he’ll quit podcasting if the government successfully regulates podcasts,💔 Arguing that it would strip the industry of its authenticity & fun.😔 He also says the government wants to control podcasts because they are not making money from them. 🥺

🇲🇽🚨 Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum just made it clear: Mexico has every right to send fuel to Cuba, whether for humanitarian or commercial reasons. No apology. No hesitation. No asking permission. Washington has spent six decades telling the world who can trade with Cuba and who cannot. Mexico is saying that era is over. Sovereign nations make their own trade policy. They do not wait for a blockade to be lifted. They act. First Mexico restarts oil shipments. Now the President is putting the empire on notice. Cuba is not alone. Latin America is waking up. And the days of Washington dictating who gets fuel and who gets starved are coming to an end.

Dear @FIFAcom and @FIFAWorldCup I am writing to let you know that a video has recently surfaced, published by the Israeli media, showing a local professional soccer player, Menashe Zalka, throwing a grenade from a building in southern Lebanon. Zalka is a captain of the Israeli team, Hapoel Hadera, and is taking part in the Israeli army’s invasion operations in Lebanon. According to the local media reports, he is not doing this for the first time as he had previously also taken part in Israel’s attacks in Gaza. I hope you will do something about this little information. Yours in sports, Mzilikazi wa Afrika

@NigeriaStories He never declared himself as a South African king in Nigeria. He never sold drugs and be involved in criminalities in Nigeria. South Africa and South Africans don’t owe Nigeria and Nigerians anything. Stop with the entitlement.
