Just like any other gal, I was super super scared of getting tanned and after emptying many sunscreen bottles in my life I realised that SUN IS NOT THE ENEMY. Now I value my health more than the heavy tan. I truly truly don’t care (as long as I have my fav foundation in my vanity box🤪) about my complexion but I can’t afford not to have an hour of working out in the sunlight & it has helped me in so many ways beyond weight loss. No supplements on earth can replace the real sunlight and its benefits. I know the Pharma companies have potrayed Sun as the primary enemy of human but use your common sense and never reject the nature. Also, I still sometimes I can’t believe that my face is originally long in shape not round as I used to have for years and years 😅
