I still think a D1 remake could be the most likely thing we see from the IP next
- Sony loves remaking/remastering shit (see seven versions of TLOU)
- It could potentially be done by a smaller Bungie team or even another studio
- Destiny players are now desiccated corpses looking for even a drop of water and this would sell like crazy

You have to either walk or carriage to the main cities before you can fast travel and they drop you outside of those cities, where the khajit are camped.
