Nothing like paying a copay for your doctor not to show up for the tele health visit from @Zocdoc. Hopefully I can find a dermatologist open today because my skin is getting worse!

@Zocdoc is such a terrible interface for users. They make it super easy to make an appointment but almost impossible to cancel (obv. on purpose as they could just have a manage-appointment link in their confirm email). Not using any doctor that uses this crap.

@Zocdoc If you don't want to be considered a scam, you desperately need to change your price policy. This is a terrible policy for providers and is absolutely not necessary for the way a referral website works.

Put off signing up for ZocDoc for months but finally did because I saw it being advertised recently and though, hey, they're probably getting a lot more patients so it might be a good source of clients. Then they tell me they'll charge $73 per new client whether they show or not

@Zocdoc That is an untruth - you cannot find "the one" because the site gives you a conglomerate of doctors for everything but what you are looking for be it a primary care physician or a podiatrist or endocrinologist. Finding a specific specialist is a fulltime job.

It’s problematic to go through the process of finding a doctor and making an appointment to then receive a call at 7am the next day saying the doctor doesn’t have availability for months. Is there NO accountability through @Zocdoc?

Hey @Zocdoc, are any of the open appts on your website real?? Your doctors are putting out false availability. Primary care, dentists, dermatologists, doesn’t matter. WHY does the app show availability when they don’t have opening until months from now? #BaitAndSwitchHealthcare

@Zocdoc I had a very negative experience with a doctor booking, this doctor zocdoc.com/doctor/jordan-… their office called and basically contradicted everything on the ZocDoc page. Then they cancelled last minute without notice. I couldnt even leave a review!

@Zocdoc blocked me because…. I can move a digital puzzle piece into the appropriate position quickly.

I hurt my foot in early August and am still dealing with repercussions. The lesson I’m remembering is that our bodies are way more fragile and vulnerable than we tend to believe. Also, I am in the market for a suit of armor if anyone knows a guy.

@cryptodavidw @__tux I'm so sorry for any confusion. This is not how Zocdoc is intended to work. There is a pop-up alert when you are booking with a resource, the patient must agree to this before scheduling. If you did not receive this pop-up, please call us so we can investigate! 855-962-3621

ok so in the US if you try to see a doctor they actually try to make you see a nurse instead, wtf!

@cryptodavidw @__tux Hi! Zocdoc providers may have a nurse practitioner working under them if they cannot accept new patients at the time you select. Patients are informed of this when they book. @Zocdoc I called and explained the situation, I was told he didn’t violate any of your policies. So clearly, you really don’t value your doctors. His behavior may not have violated your policy and but definitely violated every possible codes of ethics. I could call the police on him.

Deeply disappointed and saddened by @Zocdoc. We had to ask a very violent patient to leave our practice and he left us a negative review and @Zocdoc refuses to remove it. All they do is empower bullies and mentally ill people. I hope more doctors opt out of zocdoc.

Has anyone with a private practice had ANY benefit from being listed on @Zocdoc? All they've done is burned our money with no shows and their bizarre rules on listing what services we offer...
