There is this confidence and certainty of arrival, when you enter a commercial bus and the driver starts the engine and it starts once. Not the "pishinshinshinshin pishinshinshinshinshinshin" sound that greets you in some vehicles. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 That sound dey vex me Sha 🤦🏾‍♂️

You cannot climb alone. You cannot circle alone. Climbing alone ends at the top with no one there. Circling alone isn't a circle. Find your people. Stay in motion together. That's the shape of sustainable growth.

UNEMPLOYED OR JUST GRADUATED? HERE'S HOW TO PICK THE RIGHT HOME BUSINESS. Whether you just graduated or you've been job hunting for a while, starting a home business in Nigeria is one of the most practical moves you can make right now. But how do you choose the right one? Let's talk. 👇 1. First, audit yourself honestly. What can you do today, with no extra training? Write, cook, sew, design, teach, fix phones, braid hair, speak confidently? That's your starting point. Don't skip this step. 2. Match your business to your real-life resources. No laptop? Service businesses like catering, cleaning, or laundry work. Have a phone and data? Freelancing, content creation, or reselling online is open to you. Start with what you have. 3. Avoid businesses that need you to "stock up" before you earn. Many people lose money buying inventory they never sell. Choose a business where you get paid first: make-to-order food, services, or dropshipping, before spending big. 4. Look at what your street or neighbourhood actually needs. Is fuel always scarce? Start a diesel supply or keke dispatch service. Are parents always looking for lesson teachers? Tutoring. Solve a problem you see daily. 5. Think about recurring income, not one-off sales. A customer who buys your food every week is worth more than 10 one-time buyers. Businesses like meal prep, laundry, and content management keep people coming back. 6. Be honest about your patience level. Farming, tailoring, and real estate take months to pay off. Freelancing, reselling, and food vending can bring in cash within days. Know which season of life you're in. 7. Ideas that work well from home in Nigeria right now: thrift fashion reselling, small-chops catering, freelance writing or design, online tutoring, soap/skincare production, POS services, and social media management. Low entry. Real demand. 8. Don't let "I don't have capital" be the final answer. Start with ₦5,000 or ₦10,000 if that's what you have. Many successful Nigerian businesses started on less. The goal is to start, learn, and grow, not to start perfect. Unemployment is hard. But sitting and waiting is harder long-term. Pick one thing, start small, tell people around you, and keep going. Nigeria might be difficult, but it is also full of people spending money every single day. Make sure some of it comes to you. ✌️

A lot of people are not tired because they worked too hard. They are tired because they keep carrying yesterday into today. Old regrets. Old embarrassment. Old fear. Old opinions of people who are not even thinking about them anymore. At some point, you have to travel lighter. What is one thing you genuinely need to drop this week?

Good Morning & Blessed Monday 🌞🙏✨ As this new week begins, may God grant you clarity where there has been confusion, peace where there has been heaviness, and strength where you have quietly grown tired. 🤍 May your efforts this week not be wasted. May the doors meant for you open without struggle. And may you never again shrink yourself to fit into spaces that cannot honor your value. 👑🌿 Take a deep breath this morning. You survived every difficult day that once felt impossible. That is already a miracle worth thanking God for. 💫 This week, may discipline guide you, wisdom protect you, and grace speak for you in rooms you have not yet entered. 🙏✨ What are you grateful for this morning? 🌸👇 Attempt Your Best Effort✍🏻 #Talk2Sophia@talk2sofair #TheSovereignGrowthInstitute
