@T4CIP_ Drowning is the leading cause of injury-related death in children 1-4 years. This does not include non-fatal drowning causes. The second peak during adolescent years is often seen due to peer pressure, use of alcohol/drugs.

Get a financial advisor. Many people enter residency without a financial plan or any sort of grasp on what to think about or know financially. There are good free financial advisors for physicians out there. It was one of the smarter decisions I made.
