Zoho Inventory could be a great inventory management & order consolidation platform for DTC.... ....provided it fixes the integrations. For someone who has been using books for 6+yrs, adding lnventory to the mini ERP mix felt natural. The SKU creation, assemblies and adjustments are just fine. The UI is more than workable. When one comes to integration, it becomes difficult. With the integrations mentioned, it felt that it could beecome the single space from order registering to processing to tracking and everything in between. Alas!! It snaps! With dysfunctional integration on order flow side and near non-existent on the shipping aggregators side, it's where it loses steam in the vision. With the teeming DTCs springing everyday, we need something not just better. We need stellar tools for India from India. Still rooting for Zoho. Also, Zoho Books is ❤️ @praval @svembu
